"We noticed the development very early driving past one afternoon and saw a development sign for Bovis. We were drawn to the very natural beautiful location and nearby village life.
We purchased an Aspen 4 bedroom detached property, it is extremely spacious. Loads of storage, bi-folding doors leading on to the back garden. A large utility and downstairs toilet combined. Very generous garage space and study. Generous size kitchen/family room. It ticked all the boxes for a family home.
The conservation protection towards the wildlife and tress and use of materials when building the property were appealing to us as they were very much in keeping with the local area and community and really drew us to the development.
All in all we found the process really positive, all Vistry staff have been delightful. Always at hand to help, even if they don't know the answer they will try their best to find out for you.
The team have been amazing. They have been a pleasure to get to know.
A special mention to Kate, who has educated us on our new build journey and supported us when we thought it wouldn't be possible. Kate has gone above and beyond to help us she has been truly brilliant from start to finish.
The construction site workers are considerate and accommodating. We would absolutely, without a doubt, recommend. A perfectly built home, stylish and elegant compared to other builders. Spacious gardens and not over crowded.
The move has changed our lives for the better, our home is beautiful and our surrounding area is breath-taking when the sun rises, the rain falls and the wind blows.
Reece and the team have built us the home of our dreams and made it a reality. We will always be truly grateful for that.
