5. Exchange and get the keys. Welcome to home ownership!

What's a Deposit booster?

This is a scheme where someone you know could contribute to your deposit. This can be done in three ways, either as an interest-free loan, a gift or an equity loan.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Apply for your mortgage via our trusted partner*.

2. Decide with your booster how they would like to spread their support. You can mix and match across deposit loan, equity loan, and gift.

3. We’ll set you up with a deposit booster agreement, which makes everything official and keeps everyone protected.

4. Manage deposit loan repayments securely in your dashboard. Equity loan boosters can see what their stake in the property is worth.
